Cross Conditioning Training’s summer youth program will kick off on June 6th. Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach Matt Vittorioso will be working with CCT trainer and Certified Personal Trainer Mike Barb to offer strength specific, agility and stability work to help individual athletes be better prepared for the fall sports season or even to stay active if they don’t play sports.
The program will run for 12 weeks, concluding on August 10th. (For kids who are still in school when the program starts June 6, trainers at CCT will work to re-schedule any missed workouts until school is out for the summer.) Workouts will be offered twice per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Students can opt for a $200 monthly unlimited membership or pay $28 drop-in fees when they can attend. Note, space is limited to 10 people. If CCT fills those 10 spots they will close the drop in option.
