Leading the way is Audrey Gauss, a certified yoga instructor, who is certified as an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) 200 in Hatha Yoga with the Yoga Alliance and is a major yogi within the Charlotte community.
Audrey’s class is a balance of flow and long holds and is appropriate for all levels.
Audrey has a knack for helping you with detailed alignment cues to ease your transition into and out of postures. Her class is playful and all about ease – no stress and no forcing your body into places it’s not ready to go just yet.
