Do you enjoy playing golf? Do you enjoy raising money for charity? You can do both at the same time at the CEENTAcares Classic Golf Tournament at 11 a.m. October 22 at Olde Sycamore Golf Plantation, 7500 Olde Sycamore Drive, Charlotte.
CEENTAcares – Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, P.A.’s charitable branch – is raising money for the Alzheimer’s Association, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing Alzheimer’s research and providing care and support for everyone affected by the disease.
For $150 a player you can join a team with three other players for 18 holes on Olde Sycamore’s beautiful 6,900-yard championship layout course. Players will also receive lunch and goodie bags.
Each team is responsible for selecting their four team players. Tournament officials will match individual players that do not have a team with other players, though.
Space is limited to 24 teams.
Additional tournament sponsorship levels are also available at the $5,000, $2,500, $1,250, $500, and $200 levels. Sponsorship details are available on the CEENTAcares web site.
Each year CEENTAcares becomes an active partner in service projects that will make a difference in the community. In previous years CEENTAcares has raised money for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the Second Harvest Food Bank, the Wounded Warrior Project, and A Child’s Place.
