Our Towns Habitat ReStores are seeking designers and true repurposers for the 3rd Annual ReStore ReStyle Design Challenge to be held on Friday, May 17th at the Mooresville ReStore.
Ideal candidates to participate in this fun and challenging event? Interior designers, home decor bloggers, and others who demonstrate true creativity with an eye for innovation.
Each ReStore ReStyle designer will turn items from the ReStore into a fabulously themed 10’x10′ room. Designers will have two weeks to shop from the Cornelius and Mooresville ReStores, and then another 2 days to decorate their rooms before being viewed and voted on by the public at our finale event on May 17.
“I can’t wait to see the many talented people we meet create something new and exciting out of ReStore finds,” says Mary Gibbs, Manager of the Mooresville ReStore.
The ReStore ReStyle Design Challenge is a feature fundraiser for the Mooresville ReStore, and a great demonstration of recycling one man’s “used to be” into another man’s “gotta have.”
“The ReStore ReStyle” is an extremely fun event to attend and is a true inspiration for the creative mind,” says Ben Huddle, Assistant Manager of the Mooresville ReStore.
