For all of you smarty moms-to-be or new moms out there, Charlotte Athletic Club is hosting Pre- Post Natal week from August 10 – 14, 2009. The event will include special lectures, giveaways, classes, spa treatments,and goody bags for everyone who attends. It is a week filled with great information and a wonderful opportunity to meet other moms out there.
All Mommies and Daddies are welcome and there will be a special membership deal for any non-members. Interested walk-ins and non-members can pay $25 and attend any or all of the events for the week. Some of the lecture topics include – what is a Doula?, mulitples, breastfeeding, baby proofing and what to expect the first year and beyond. Classes include water aerobics and pre-natal yoga. There will be a Health Fair from 12 – 1pm on Wednesday where 20 area vendors and businesses will offer raffle prizes and giveaways – so don’t miss it.
