Matthews Alive! Festival

Expect to see more than 150 arts and crafts vendors, 30 food vendors, one of the largest parades in the Southeast, the festival’s annual quilt show and 4 stages of free entertainment all weekend. Please check their website for details of times of events. This is a great family event.

Read To Me Charlotte! – Book Drive
Do you have new or gently used children’s books in your home collecting dust? Then donate them to Read to Me, Charlotte! We will be redistributing them in the community at sites that serve low-income families. You can drop off at JosephBeth at SouthPark through the rest of the weekend and at EarthFare on North Community House Road.

NFL Punt, Pass and Kick competition
