This story is paired with “The Cask of Amontillado,” in which a connoisseur of fine wines takes horrible revenge on his family’s most hated enemy. Poe’s dark genius has invited children and adults to love literature for over 150 years, and his eerie thrillers still haunt our imaginations today. Ages 11 and older. Cost is $14-$18.

Museum Naturalists will share fun facts about the turtles on exhibit in Creature Cavern with topics including their similarities, differences, habitats and survival strategies. Bugs!
Explore the extraordinary world of insects including the life cycles of a praying mantis and a butterfly, and watch their evolution from birth to the inevitable meeting of predator meets prey. Southeast Asia sets the scene for this entertaining film where scorpions, tarantulas, frogs, lizards and other creatures cavort in a rainforest jungle, some magnified 250,000 times their normal size.
