If you don’t know, now you know… #GivingTuesdayCLT is a big deal.
In the past four years, #GivingTuesdayCLT, Charlotte’s local response to the global #GivingTuesday movement, has influenced nearly $20M in gifts to Charlotte nonprofits and inspired more than 11,000 new donors. #GivingTuesdayCLT was the largest global community-wide campaign in 2016, and we are ready to lead the charge again this year- with your help.
With over 150 countries around the world celebrating this global day of giving, there is no way to ignore all the GOOD going on, and why would you? Afterall it is YOU- yes you, you #EverydayPhilanthropist who is reading this blog- it’s YOU who can make a difference this #GivingTuesdayCLT.
How? We are glad you asked…
– Give! Choose from a variety of traditional and non-traditional ways to give back to the Queen City. Visit GivingTuesdayCLT.org Nov 20-27 and support your favorite local nonprofit or cause.
– Check out this guide to 8 Days of Ways to GIVE GOOD for information about how you can do GOOD in a different, unique way each day (such as drinking a beer at a participating brewery, taking a class with Skillpop, or shopping local on at South End Small Business Saturday)
– Do GOOD on site between 9am-8pm at the #GivingTuesdayCLT World Headquarters (aka Wells Fargo Atrium) on the big day of #GivingTuesday
– SHARE GOOD by simply letting your friends, family and colleagues know about #GivingTuesdayCLT- help us spread the word. It’s as easy as following us on social media and liking or sharing our content!
