Remember the new activewear line, gwenyth, that we introduced you to during the Smarty Fall Fashion Giveaway? It’s a dance-inspired line that takes workout clothes to the next level – one that’s flattering, functional, AND beautiful. Yep, turns out you can have all three while you get your sweat on. A couple of Smarties on our team have the Modern Classic Top + Tunic and are absolutely in love with it (especially love how they go from the barre to the bar ;-)).
We’ve been so inspired by this small, female-owned company out of California. The ladies of gwenyth have put their hearts and souls into this line – and they’ve thought of everything. Right down to the beautiful box the product comes in (You know when you send a present to yourself? That’s what it feels like when you open a package from gwenyth!). Designer Michele Braxton (who is an absolute gem) started gwenyth because she was SO sick of neon workout clothes and wanted something feminine and flattering that performed but DIDN’T flatten. It’s inspired by dance, pilates, and barre – the perfect trilogy. They’re back this holiday season with a fresh new stock of all the Modern Classic colors (totally in love with the Pinstripe White and the classic style of the rehearsal black).
And they’re doing something so very Smarty – they are offering not only a Smarty Steal this month BUT an opportunity to give back to a local charity. Smarties can use the code CSP+CYBHoliday20 and get 20% off their total order. Plus, with every Modern Classic sold, $10 goes to the Charlotte Youth Ballet, which enriches the community through a non-profit, innovative regional ballet company that provides dancers an opportunity to perform in professional-level productions. We absolutely love this idea! Thank you, gwenyth! Our Smarty code runs through December 25. Order by December 18, and you and your best buddies can be donning your Modern Classics by Christmas.
And this just in…
We’re so excited to share the news that our Smarty Cheryl has become a gwenyth “Muse” – she’s the only one so far in Charlotte and is completely honored to spread the gwenyth love around the QC! Check out her profile here – you go, girl!
