What is it?
A group of men and women participate in a fitness challenge at Flywheel Sports! They challenge themselves to get toned and enjoy the health and emotional benefits of a more sculpted, muscular body. Challengers participate in up to four FlyBarre classes per week throughout the course of six weeks. Their progress is tracked throughout the Challenge using weekly measurements taken by their team leader.
When does it begin?
The program runs 6 weeks. Every challenger will be designated a team leader, from which all challenge information will be received. All participants are photographed at the beginning and end of the challenge. The initial measurements will be taken by your team leader at our kickoff party. There will be an option to have your measurements taken either on a weekly basis or simply at the beginning and end of the 6 weeks. The next Challenge will begin on January 19, 2014.

Aside from the 4 classes per week…
30-minute Technique Workshops
Throughout the six weeks your instructors will be conducting a variety of special workshops, designed to break down challenging exercises from within the FlyBarre content, and to help you get the most out of your classes. It will give you an insiders “leg up” on mastering the FlyBarre method! The better your technique, the more results you will see AND feel.
Nutrition Counseling Workshop
FlyBarre will provide a nutritional counseling workshop with a certified nutritionist. This will be the perfect time to ask any questions that you have always wanted to know about nutrition and food, and get ideas for healthy and balanced meals and snacks.
Restorative Stretch Workshop w/ Adam Whiting.
