Smarties, today we bring you new school and old school in the Giveaway. The Spooner Board is a new addition to the board sport world and Electric Football is a revival of the electric football that was all the craze in the 70’s!
Toy Giveaway #6 – Spooner Board
This is the perfect board for your child if they love skateboarding, surfing, skim boarding or really any board sport. My son uses it to practice tricks and spins before trying on his “real” board and it is perfect for those rainy days. My girls like to get a running start and use it to slide down the hallway, family fun for everyone.
For one lucky Smarty we have a 28″ Pro Board. This model allows the rider to have a wider stance. A cinch to maneuver – stand, sit rock, spin, slide, tilt, flip, wobble! Its rear pivot point keeps your weight on your back leg. A perfect simulator for surf, skate, and snowboard training. Helps Improve core strength & stability, balance, coordination and gross-motor skills . Suitable for all ages. Made in the USA!
Toy Giveaway #7 – Power Pro Electric Football by Tudor Games
And now for the old school! This toy may cause you to have a flashback to your brother’s room and the hours he spent charting out plays and selecting the right players. This game was the precurser to Fantasy Football and is the toy that will unite father and son.
Power Pro Electric Football is a portable, battery-operated, hands-on game of strategy and skill that you can take and play anywhere. For tailgating and home games, this fun and competitive game of strategy delivers football action on-the-go. An excellent way to learn the game of football, enjoyed by fans since 1947. Plays like real football! Includes two unpainted teams: one red and one white. You’re the coach, the quarterback, and the team owner. Complete with everything you need to play this classic 3D hands-on game!
Tudor Games also makes Electric Soccer and Baseball. You can find both Spooner Boards ($49.99) and Electric Football ($79.99) locally at Toys & Co.

I want to buy an Easy Bake Oven for my daughter because I LOVED mine as a kid…In fact I have a picture of me on Christmas morning with mine 🙂
They need to bring back the Merlin from the 80’s! LOVED, LOVED, LOVED that toy!
Air hockey with my son and easy bake oven with my daughter. Can’t really think of a game or toy I want brought back.
Still love playing LEGO’s with my boys, but I love using the instructions. I feel like they are bringing all of the old toys back now anyway. Loved the old school nintendo (Super Mario Brothers and Duck Hunt!)
I would have loved to have been able to play with an iPad! My favorite toy growing up that I wish would make a comeback is the Lite Brite!
Barbie and the Rockstars would be fun to play with my daughter. My son would love the Spooner Board!
I want to play a game called Headbandz that is out now! I want to bring back the video game Frogger!
I agree with the person above about Merlin, I loved that game and know my kids would if it was only still around. I want a trampoline to play with my kids but I dont want the responsibility of policing it with the other kids in the neighborhood so I doubt we will ever get one.
The football game looks awesome! If I could play with any “toy” now, I would love to play with an IPad! I wish they would bring back the Barbie Winnebago…I loved playing with that! Merry Christmas!
Love this site, thanks for mentioning our Power Pro Electric Football Game. The MSRP for the one shown is actually 49.95. We have different size games that range in price. This one is battery operated and a good starter set.
I would love to have my old Barbie toys to play with. They were well made back in the day and held up much better than the ones today!
Paper Jamz instruments seem like awesome toys to try in our household.
My son would LOVE that football game. He is obsessed — and I mean, OBSESSED — with football!
The best new toy I’ve seen? A Nabi 2! And the toy I would bring back? Popples!! Oh, how I loved my Popples collections!
I really want to play with that mind game wear your mind controls that little ball.
I loved the original life, mouse trap, monopoloy…. board games I wish they would bring back the originals and stop trying to change them!
I would love to win the Zike in the other giveaway and I wishwishwish they would bring back the Lemon Twist, a 1970s skip toy with a lemon on the end.
I don’t know, That spooner board looks pretty cool to me!
Clue was always a favorite of mine.
we still play with an Etch-a-sctetch and always Slinky!!
Not sure of the new toy that “I” would love, but I know my husband would be all over that Spooner Board (our almost 4 year old daughter wants a skateboard for Christmas, and Daddy has forbidden me from getting a “kid” skateboard b/c she “needs a real longboard that she AND Daddy can use.”). Hope to win the Spooner board for Daddy, I mean my daughter. Old toy? Connect Four or Hungry Hungry Hippos. Those were my faves.
I would LOVE to play with the Zike Fly By and I wish they would bring back the old Mr. Dentist playdough set where you create the teeth, cavities, etc. with playdough. So fun!
I would love to play with one of the new Boogie Boards. What a fun, modern take on the magnadoodle of old. I wish they would bring back the spirograph. Maybe it’s still out there and I just need to look!
I would like to play the new dancing video game and would like to see the old Atari games return on Wii or Leap Frog.
The Spooner Board is looking way cool! As far as my favorite old time toy I’d like to see brought back – Play Dough Fuzzy Pumper Barber Shop! Who knows, maybe they do still have it???
I would love to play air hockey with my kids – old toy would probably be a board game called “Which Witch” – we played it all the time
The scooter looks the most fun! I wish the Lite Brite was back…so may fave!
I w0uld like the Zike and I remember playing all the old atari games and loving them…more than the new games today.
I liked Lite Brite too!! Never see it anymore…Now, the scooter seems the most interesting to try out.
I played with mostly dolls as a child…nowadays, the toys have changed so much…love the slinky and you can still find that…my grandkids would like the Zike Bike and I would love to see it in action:)
