Keeping your home organized is easier said than done, but focusing on one space at a time is much more manageable. During the holidays I spent some time organizing my closet and our pantry. Our personal closets are often overlooked, as guests typically do not see them. Adopt a new mindset and lend a little luxury to your closet – it will really make a difference.
Drawers are excellent space-savers. Use yours to conceal jewelry, small bags and flats.
Brighten up your closet with a fun wallpaper and keep belts visible by hanging them from coat hooks.
Photos on shoeboxes lets you know exactly what’s inside.
If you have the luxury of space, a large dresser in the center of your closet is great for organization.
Take advantage of tall ceilings. Store clothing that is off-season on higher shelves and racks.
A nook made for makeup, perfume and jewelry.
Plenty of shelving keeps this closet uber-organized
Clothing categorized by color…and shopping bag “wallpaper”.
Clear boxes allow you to always see your accessories.
Good luck getting organized! It takes work but it’s worth it.
