Come join us at The Giving Village to participate in our Fill A Fun Box activity and create a personalized birthday gift for a local homeless child! This family-friendly project is appropriate for all ages. Contact us to sign up for one of the following times:

For those who may finish their boxes early, an additional project will be available such as making gift tags or bookmarks for our Gift of Literacy program. $10 donation per participant to sponsor a Fun Box. Under the floor boards, Arrietty Clock and her parents, Homily and Pod, live a quiet little life. Tucked away in their cozy home decorated with dollhouse furniture, they survive by “borrowing” what they need from the “human beans” who live above them. But life is too quiet if you ask Arrietty, a typical tween yearning to experience the grown-up world for herself. When the Clocks’ hiding place is discovered, they must venture into the giant universe outside, and Arrietty gets a bigger adventure than she bargained for. This inventive adaptation of Mary Norton’s beloved book transports audiences to a delightful new world. Ages 7+. Cost is $18-$24.

Davidson Community Player’s Connie Company continues its successful collaboration with the Davidson College Department of Theatre by staging this beloved adaptation of a timeless tale. Cost is $7.

This season Hardin Minor, Eddie Williams along with guest artist multiple-instrumentalist Jon Singleton will present a special performance featuring favorite vignettes from the Omimeo repertory. From circus arts to acrobatics, mime to Vaudeville, this show will keep you on the edge of your seat. Cost is $12-$14.
Liberty on the Border Exhibit Opening Family Day

Join us for the opening of the Civil War Exhibit: Liberty on the Border. Experience the exhibit by travelling through a timeline, stopping at educational stations along the way.
