Schools out, schools out, teacher let the monkeys out! The monkeys are home for the summer, good thing there are lots of great activities this weekend to keep them occupied. There are movies, plays, beach parties and great programs from our Parks and Rec. Get out, play and enjoy the time with the family, the long, hot summer has just begun.
Goodrich Family Fun Fest – Supporting The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Charlotte
On Thursday, June 11, from 5 – 8pm, we will take over the Stonecrest shopping center for a Community Fun Fest (current plans include a band, kid bounce houses, balloon animals, face painting, Bobcats dancers, Panther Cheerleaders, mascots from Bobcats/Panthers/NASCAR/Chick-fil-a, X-Box tournament with celebrities, Larry Sprinkle MC). The event is open to the public, with kid activities available for a small donation.
