Socialize & learn a new creative skill in this Watercolor 101 class offered by Modern Craft Collective (a new small hands big art venture for Adults & Teens)!
Watercolor painting is one of the most versatile and rewarding art mediums there is! It is flexible and forgiving. And beautiful with any style of painting.
In this class we’ll introduce you to the properties of watercolor paint, brushes & papers and experiment with various watercolor painting techniques (wet on wet, layering, etc.), as we facilitate teaching everyone how to paint beautiful succulents and blooms! Through demonstration and individual guidance, you will gain an in-depth understanding of basic techniques and will feel confident in expressing your unique style.
By the end of the workshop you will have personalized your own set of notecards, gift tags, & notebook covers and will (hopefully) leave wanting to get up and paint again the very next morning!
