With your library card, you can access content for young people such as free online tutoring, e-books, audiobooks, comics, Read-Alongs, and even movies and television shows.

HOOPLA
One of the Library’s most popular digital resources for all ages is Hoopla. Hoopla for Kids allows customers to instantly borrow e-books, comics, audiobooks, music, movies and television – with no holds, and no waiting! Hoopla features an automated service that returns your electronic items immediately once your time is up. Content can be streamed to computers, tablets or smartphones. Items can also be downloaded to mobile devices for offline viewing. Perfect for long car rides with the kiddos! Customers can check out up to 6 items per month.
TUTOR.COM
Tutor.com offers free online homework help from a live, online, qualified tutor. Library card holders can receive up to 10 free personalized tutoring sessions each week. K-12 students can get help in English or Spanish in a wide range of subjects including math, science, English, social studies and essay review. With over 3,100 tutors who are ready to help with just about any question you may have, this resource is a lifesaver for children and parents alike. NOTE: One Access students should enter their Student ID number as the username and their 4-digit birth year as the password.
TUMBLEBOOKS
TumbleBooks is a great e-book resources for children ages 3-12 particularly because every title can be read by you or to you. This resource features a collection of animated, talking picture books. This includes story books, books in French and Spanish for language learning, read-along books, non-fiction books, puzzles and games. Also, graphic novels! The graphic novel collection is a growing collection of incredibly popular books that are a hit with readers of all ages and attract reluctant readers.
NC KIDS DIGITAL LIBRARY
NC Kids Digital Library offers e-books, audiobooks, streaming videos, and Read-Alongs. This collection was specifically designed for youth ages pre-K through grade 4 and includes picture books, youth fiction, youth nonfiction and more. Browsing can be done by subject, format or genre, and the advanced search feature allows filtering by availability, language, date added and much more. The NC Kids Digital Library has an “always available” section which allows for check out
with no holds or waiting! Titles are accessed via OverDrive or Libby.
