Summary:Be prepared to do a cold reading from the show, a song and short dance routine. Please note: an accompanist will be provided; acapella is not encouraged. Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes for dance. Auditionees should arrive at the start of the audition and plan to stay for the entire session. Actors at all levels of experience are encouraged to attend. Please bring 16 bars of a song that shows off your vocal range and ability to act through a song, as well as a recent picture, resume or list of theatre experience, as well as a list of conflicts for the February-April time frame.

Summary: This collaborative effort between the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library and Children’s Theatre of Charlotte is a 102,000-square-foot facility recently ranked by Livability.com as the No. 1 children’s library in the United States. ImaginOn features two state-of-the-art theaters, a dedicated library space for kids 11 and under, four multi-use classrooms, a teen-only library, a multimedia production studio, and interactive exhibit space.
