The Turkey Trot is back in person this Thanksgiving, Smarties! And the race organizers are offering a VIP race packet pickup this coming Saturday! Anything you can have done well in advance of Thanksgiving is win-win, not to mention getting the chance to register for Charlotte’s favorite Thanksgiving morning tradition at a discounted rate. Here are the specifics:
The Charlotte Turkey Trot is gearing up for its first (VIP) packet pick-up event Saturday (Oct. 23rd) at Center Court at SouthPark Mall from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. You have until Friday to register to be eligible to pick up your shirt that day.
The Turkey Trot organizers will have premium giveaways and event-day coupons from their partners such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Brooks Running, Athleta, FOX Charlotte and others. In addition, they’ve been updating their website with an event schedule and course maps. That’s where they’ll continue to add race information as the race gets closer (while notifying participants via Facebook when there is news.)
And remember, race registration prices will increase on Sunday (Oct. 24) so (don’t delay) and register today!
