Smarties, it is officially eatin’ and drinkin’ season…the cookies, the eggnog, the carb coma, OH MY!

Our friends at Carolina Barre & Core have cooked up a fabulous plan to help us all maintain our health during all of this madness. Check out their “Holiday Barre Blast”.

Starting on Monday, November 23rd and running through Christmas Eve on Thursday, December 24th, the “Holiday Barre Blast” gives you unlimited classes (UNLIMITED, people!) and great swag with special giveaways for $140. Best of all, it keeps you accountable during this season of craziness.

Remember that every Saturday at 10:30AM, Carolina Barre has a wild card class so you can try out a different flavor.
