Are you a regular soda drinker? Have you been looking for a reason to stop but have not been totally convinced of the health benefits? Do you know if the occasional diet or regular soda is harmful to your health? Do you know which is worse, diet or regular soda? Do you know if your kids are at risk for diabetes or obesity because of soda and juice consumption? Do you know how much water you should be drinking each day and are you meeting those needs? Do you know if unsweetened ice tea counts towards or against total daily water consumption? If you are looking for the answers to any of these questions, then this challenge is for you, especially now that the holidays are upon us and sugar and calorie consumption is at its highest.

When you register, No Fizz Charlotte will send you a packet of free information, tips, and facts about the importance of proper hydration – and at the end of each month, participants are automatically entered to win free giveaways like t-shirts, water bottles, and more!
You may surprised to find exactly how many health problems are related to sugar and artificial sweetener consumption from soda and juice. This organization provides a lot of eye opening research and facts. This is a challenge you don’t want to miss.

I was so excited to feature this when Adri emailed me. I am a regular Diet Dr. Pepper drinker, no coffee, just one DDP a day in the morning to kickstart my day. My boys love to steal my drink when they get a chance and I have instilled in their brains that it's toxic. So recently, Walker asked me this question. "Hey Mom, why is there a "Dr" in Diet Dr. Pepper?" He then answered his own question: "I know, it's because when little kids drink it, they have to go to the hospital!" He's probably right! So I'm in – no more toxins for this mama! ~Jen P
So timely. I was just sitting down to eat lunch, with my usual Diet Dr. Pepper (I'm with ya, Jen). After reading this, I got a glass of water instead. Baby steps…
No Fizz is an amazing organization and I love what they are doing for Charlotte and other areas in the US. Keep up the great work No Fizz!! Cheers!
