Topshop has touched down in the CLT, y’all!
This British fashion brand is hip, trend-forward, and affordable and actually started in 1964 in the basement of a U.K. department store.
A select group of very special Nordstrom stores across the country will now carry this chic brand…including Nordstrom SouthPark!
Our Smarty friends at Nordstrom let us peruse the merch a few days before the official grand opening and unveiling, which is on Saturday, October 12th. Charlotte is going to fall in love with Topshop at Nordstrom.
At the launch party, I bought 4 pairs of pants and a dress and spent $337, which averages to $67 an item. Topshop has an eclectic yet wearable style and the clothes have an amazing fit. I go up 2 sizes because they run smaller than American brands.
The Moto ‘Jamie’ High Waist Skinny Jeans have the right amount of stretch and banishes the muffin top – I want them in every color.
The Cigarette Trousers are tailored beautifully and are the perfect coffee-to-cocktails pants. I’ll wear them to the office with flats and pump them up for a night out. I got them in black and this fun peach color. They are $60.
The ‘Dixie’ Print Dress (yes, I said Dixie…how appropriate) has ruching in the waist and a tulip skirt, which creates a very forgiving silhouette. The boatneck-ish neckline and the cap-sleeves combine to make this a stunner.
British style has officially crossed the pond into Nordstrom SouthPark.
Props to our Smarty friends at Nordstrom SouthPark for dropping this fashion knowledge on us and giving us a sneak peak!
