When Jen & Carrie with FlyWheel Sports invited the Smarty girls to do the FlyBarre Challenge, we couldn’t resist. These ladies promise to take inches off your body. We say that’s worth every penny!
FlyBarre is a total body sculpting class that blends the best of light weight training, dance, and core strengthening exercises. Based on small intense interval exercises, FlyBarre is designed to reshape your body for lean, strong, sexy, and elongated muscles.
The FlyBarre Challenge is a 6-week program of 4 classes per week for a group of people who are ready to take control of their fitness. You will change your body, build strength and feel great throughout the Challenge.
The FlyBarre Challenge Scoop:
Dates – January 21-March 4
Kick-off Party – January 20th @ 5pm, Myers Park location. Receive a FLY goodie bag and a calendar of events. Also, have your initial measurements taken and meet your team leader to set personal goals.
Cost – Current unlimited Barre members $125. Non-members $425 for the Challenge and 24 class credits (these never expire).
Track your progress – Before and after photos (optional, but why not?!) and weekly body fat analysis & measurements (or beginning and ending if that works better for you).
Support – Weekly technique workshops to help you reach your goal. Nutritional guidance along the way.
