About CCT: Cross Conditioning Training is a strength, run, and recovery studio that offers classes every day of the week of no more than 10-12 people. Small group sessions give people the opportunity to really receive more individualized attention.
Certified personal trainers and run coaches are on staff to take your training to the next level.
When: Saturday, Nov. 18 drop-in any time from 8 to 10 a.m.

Schedule of events:
8 a.m.: warm up
8:15 a.m.: 3 mile Easy Run/Walk
9 a.m.: 30 minute strength workout
9:30 a.m.: Post workout recovery with Performance Rehab Associates + Coffee and Bites
