Charlotte Ballet Academy is offering summer camps and classes for children of all ages and experience levels!
Storybook Dance Camp:
Do you have a child at home with a big imagination who loves fairytales? Join Charlotte Ballet Academy this summer for one of our weeklong storybook camps! Favorite storybook tales and adventurous themes come to life through dance, music and crafts! This camp is perfect for the children who love to let their imaginations run wild and explore new creative outlets like art, storytelling and of course, dance.
There are two summer sessions offered for campers ages 3 – 6: June 13 – 17 and August 1 – 5. Camp meets Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to noon.
After a week of creating, playing games, singing songs, and exploring new movement, this fun, activity-filled experience culminates in a studio performance for families on their final day of camp. No previous dance experience required! This camp is meant to be a fun-filled week in a safe environment for campers to play and meet new friends under the instruction of our nurturing Academy faculty.

Attire: Campers are invited to wear clothes that are comfortable for dance as well as play. There are no formal leotards and tights required, but ballet slippers are the proper shoe wear for this camp.
Tuition: $150/per week

Summer dance classes:
In addition to summer camps, Charlotte Ballet Academy also offers summer preparatory and primary dance classes during a five-week summer session for students interested in exploring a variety of classes and movement styles. The summer session for classes is from June 20 – July 23.
Preparatory dance classes include creative movement, pre-ballet and beginning ballet for ages 3 – 9.
Primary dance classes include Children’s Ballet Plus* (a chance to explore ballet and other dance styles all in one class) for ages 7 – 10, and Youth Ballet for ages 10 – 14.
