Aside from being a small group training studio, our trainers at Cross Conditioning Training work non-class hours to train all types of people including teens – specifically those wanting to improve areas of their sport. With the school year coming to an end and summer workouts few and far between, we will be opening up our gym to work on strength, mobility and conditioning with high school athletes. This is not your standard class. Trainers will build programming in an open gym format that will include team activities. It will give your high school athletes the opportunity to move through programming at their own pace while providing time to ask questions and learn how to push themselves. And when they are on their own at school, they are ready to go at the beginning of the school year.
Program Details
Who: Only six of 12 spaces remain
When: Start Date: Tuesday, June 8th through the last week of programming beginning Tuesday, August 22nd.
How often: In person classes every Tuesday – Thursday 1 – 2 p.m. Athletes are encouraged to attend all three days and interact with their trainer both in and outside the gym.
How much:
– Upfront Cost for 12 weeks $600 ($200 unlimited 3 days week)
– Unlimited monthly fee $250/month
– Drop in Class $25/class
