Charlotte Christian School Summer Camps provide opportunities for children from junior kindergarten through grade 12 and are available beginning June 3. Charlotte Country Day School Summer Programs offers a variety of enrichment, sports, and academic camps to meet the needs of students ages 3-18. Weekly camps run from June 3 to August 9, with prices and times varying by camp. Some of the offerings include cooking, STEM, day, art, music, drama, and adventure. Camp Gryphon is a fun-filled day camp where campers go swimming every morning and go on a field trip every afternoon. We visit trampoline parks, museums, Pelican’s SnoBalls and so many more exciting places. Our campers also participate in a weekly service project around town. They visit nursing homes, clean up parks and take donations to the Humane Society. Camp Gryphon runs 8:00-5:30 every weekday and is open to children ages 5-11. The John Crosland School is hosting Crosland Comets: Soaring to Success academic camps. Mornings are supportive and structured with two academic classes such as Measuring Up: Cooking & Hands-on Math and The Write Approach. Let Me Run is a nonprofit running and character-building program for 4th-8th grade boys that inspires them to be themselves, be active, and belong. Our comprehensive curriculum helps develop boys’ emotional, social, and physical health. Let Me Run Summer Camp is an extension of our popular Spring and Fall seasons.
Campers bond while running together, exploring the Sugar Creek Greenway, learning from guest presenters, completing a service project, and, most of all, having FUN. Each camp week culminates with an “Amazing Race” along the Greenway – an experience not to miss!
Camp GOTR, sponsored by Novant Health, combines the best of Girls on the Run with all the fun of summer camp! Some people learn more quickly, but everyone can learn. At Carolina Diving Academy, we have targeted our progressions and training cycles to enable everyone to learn as quickly as they are able.
Carolina Diving Academy summer camps are targeted to fit any interest level and ability! The 13-Under Beginner Day Camp is meant to give anyone with an interest, a low-impact introduction to all of the great qualities diving exercises: fitness, flexibility, fun, and overcoming fears. Skill time on dry-land equipment and trampolines along with the springboards and platforms in the water, is balanced with visits to the park across the street for kickball and fun at the HFFA splash pad.
The 13-Under Advanced Camp is for those with prior diving or gymnastics experience. This group builds upon already developed skill sets with extra time on the dryland equipment, overhead spotting apparatuses and all of the spring boards and platforms.
The 14-Older Beginning camps are offered every weekday morning and introduce new divers to skills that will be useful in high school competitions. The Advanced camp is every weekday afternoon and for those with prior diving or gymnastics experience who wish to excel at high school state competitions and consider collegiate diving.

Charlotte Cirque & Dance Center Summer Camps are for youth and teens who want to have a unique summer experience in a safe and supportive environment. No experience is needed in dance, acrobatics or cirque. Have fun dancing on the ground and in the air this Summer in a recreational setting. Teachers are highly training and safety is a top priority. Is your middle school or high schooler a budding young musician? If so, we’ve got one of the coolest summer camp offerings you’ll find in the Queen City.
The Bold Music Studio Recording and Songwriting Camps are designed to show aspiring musicians what it is like to be a recording artist, engineer or producer. With small groups and top notch instruction, participants spend a week in one of Charlotte’s premier recording studios honing their skills while writing and recording completely original music. At the end of each session, songs are professionally mixed, mastered, and published on Spotify, Apple Music and all other major streaming services. Simply search “Bold Music Studio Band” to hear all of the amazing music from past sessions! Additionally, campers have the opportunity to perform their music LIVE at one of our Gig Nights.
Participants of this camp have gone on to enroll at some of the finest music programs in the country: the Indiana University Jacobs school of music, Belmont University in Nashville, and NC’s very own Appalachian State Hayes School of Music, to name a few. They have cited their time at the studio as some of their fondest, most transformative musical experiences. Many keep in touch with fellow campers, supporting each other in music and in life well beyond their time at the studio.

Early Childhood Camps (Ages 3 to 5)
