We believe a camp experience can be transformative and has the ability to impact your child for years to come. We consider it a great privilege to play a role in your child’s story. Our staff will facilitate a safe outdoor experience to help your kids discover their true potential in a Christ centered environment. Canaan Camp Life will immerse your camper in: adventure, activities, games, and lifelong friendships.

Yes, we have a 100 acre island in the Catawba River, a world-class zipline, high adventure ropes course, the best summer camp counselors in the world and beautiful facilities, but what really makes Camp Canaan different is YOU! Our mission is to serve our community in York County and beyond through Christian fellowship and friendships that are forged here.

Day Camps:

Our signature 9-week, summer day camps run from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday just outside of Rock Hill, SC. All of our day camp programs are age-specific with campers being divided into classes by age: Junior Day Camp (Ages 5-8) and Senior Day Camp (Ages 9-14).

Resident Camp:

Canaan Resident Camps are an epic adventure full of memories, friendship and fun! Our fantastic overnight summer camps on The Island in Rock Hill, SC include a week of adventure, personal challenge, making new friends, building personal strength and spiritual connection.

Teen Camps:

Don’t know what to do with your teenager this summer? WE DO! Camp Canaan’s summer camps for teens are designed to empower your teenager through activity and service. We have two great opportunities for your teen, both of which embrace the great outdoors and are filled with both physical and spiritual activities.
