Carolina Diving Academy
THERE IS NO DIVING GENE.
Some people learn more quickly, but everyone can learn. At Carolina Diving Academy, we have targeted our progressions and training cycles to enable everyone to learn as quickly as they are able.
Our lessons program develops flexibility, strength, and discipline. We train each diver in the basic skills of tumbling, trampoline, dry board and deck drills, before advancing to the diving equipment.
Workouts are kept as energetic and fun as possible while introducing and perfecting basic diving skills. Practices end with a period of “free time“ when divers have the opportunity to revisit what they have learned and explore new skills under their own terms.
The DiveKIDS summer camp is a diving oriented day camp for children ages 6 -12. You may sign-up by the day or opt for the entire week. Camps will start the week following CMS dismissal. Participation must be reserved 1-week in advance and all attendants must be able to swim.
Middle/High School Camps are for older and/or more experienced divers and accommodate a wide range of skill levels and athletes: from those who wish to learn new dives for high school competitions and stay fit to those who are more focused on gaining the skills necessary to become eligible for our team level of training.

Flipz’s summer camps are a fun-filled week your child will learn gymnastics skills, team bonding, artistic creativity, healthy living, independence and much more. This camp is not just for gymnasts but all athletes that like to flip around and have a fun time. Goldfish Swim School is opening in South Charlotte in late spring 2018! Goldfish Swim School is the country’s leading water safety and swim lesson school offering infant and child swim lessons. Goldfish Swim School provides swim instruction to children ages 4 months to 12 years-old in a unique setting.
Highlights of the Golden Experience at Goldfish Swim School Charlotte include:

Let Me Run is a nonprofit wellness program that inspires boys to be themselves, be active, and belong. With a comprehensive curriculum, the program helps develop boys’ emotional, social, and physical health. Summer Camp is an extension of the LMR program for rising 4th – 8th grade boys.

Camp GOTR by Girls on the Run will provide a one-of-a-kind opportunity for girls to develop self-confidence and learn life skills they can use now and as they grow.
