Charlotte Warehouse Sale has been holding fabulous shopping events since December 2007. It’s home to one of the area’s largest liquidation event sales for designer apparel and accessories. They carry women’s clothing in all sizes, including Plus & Petite. They receive new merchandise daily so you never know what you will find. The History of the Charlotte Warehouse Sale

Laurie Trammell and I started as friends & neighbors and regular customers of the Charlotte Warehouse Sale. In the fall of 2010, Laurie saw Charlotte Warehouse Sale listed for sale and contacted me immediately to discuss the possibility of purchasing the business. We loved shopping the sales and finding great clothes at amazing prices, and we were excited for the opportunity to purchase the business. Since 2010, we have enjoyed running the sales and getting to know new customers. We have a very loyal customer base that has followed us as we’ve moved through four different locations. We have been located in the Shoppes at Davis Lake since August 2013, and hope to stay there for the foreseeable future as it is a great, easily accessible location.
We buy our inventory in bulk from the nation’s leading department stores. All inventory is new, first quality, overstock women’s apparel & shoes with the original tags. We open to the public for an average of 7 sales per year. At the start of each event, we have approximately 8,000 items in stock priced at 65-90% off the original retail price. All items are in order by their type (tops, bottoms, dresses, clearance, & shoes) and by size; so it’s easy to find what you are looking for. Since our inventory is overstocks, we have very few duplicate items. Often times, if you find something you like, it will be the only one in the store. If you like it, you need to buy it before it’s gone! At times, we have enjoyed trying new inventory categories for limited times such as sleepwear, swimwear, juniors, and holiday decorations to expand the selection for our customers. One of our favorite things about our sale is getting to see our loyal customers excited to see what’s new as well as meeting new customers and hearing them call their friends from the store to tell them that they’ve got to check us out! Because we are only open for a limited time , all sales are final. Our customers are encouraged to use one of our 18 dressing rooms to try things on before they buy.
