Happy Saturday smarties. Today I am excited to introduce you to Michelle Musialowski. I meet Michelle years ago at the softballs fields. Spent many sweltering afternoons getting to know her and her sweet family. Michelle’s “day job” is a medical transcriptionist but “on the side”, if you can call it that, she “IS” Arroyo’s Attic. Enjoy getting to know Michelle and her creative business.

What makes her Smarty:Arroyo’s Attic (unique personalized gifts.)
Where and how did it all begin:
I love being creative. I actually used to HATE t-shirts and would never let my daughter wear one that had a saying on it. Not sure why, LOL! One day I made one clever one and everyone loved it and from there I saw there was a huge market for people who loved to express themselves personally. I am a people pleaser and when someone compliments my work, I love it, makes me happy. The name, Arroyo, comes from my daddy who passed away.
What sets you apart?
I just purchased a printer that’s called “direct to garment”. It allows vibrant graphic printing on t-shirts with a soft feel. I choose this printer because I could be creative with my designing and also for the durability /longevity of the printed material, screen printing does not have the durability/longevity like the direct to garment printer.
Favorite part of being a business owner: Being able to be creative and having people love my work and working from home!
Where do you want to go with Arroyo’s Attic? I want to always stay creative with my business, but I would like to venture into commercial printing so to provide low cost printing to local small businesses.
What does your family think of Arroyo’s Attic? They are such a supportive network, especially my daughter! When I show her a design, she just lights up and makes me feel accomplished.
