From the Smarty Camp Corner: Meet Charlotte Eagles Soccer Camp (psst, and a giveaway too!)

If you have a soccer player, then you have probably heard of the Charlotte Eagles. They have been hosting camps in the QC for ages 3-18 since 1991. My daughter attended the Elite Camp last summer and she said it was the “best camp she’s ever been to”. And it was 100+ degrees every single day, I kid you not. And she was begging to go back day after day. This spoke volumes to me.

She is registered again for this Elite camp in June, along with her brother and her entire soccer team. They are forever hooked. Your child will be too.

On Charlotte Eagles Soccer Camp:

What makes our camps different than any other soccer camps around Charlotte is that we focus more on the camper than we do just soccer. Yes soccer is an important part of our camps, but we strive to make all the kids feel loved and appreciated for who they are. Our camp is a faith-based camp that is run by transformational coaches that have played or coached at a high level!

Since 1991, the Charlotte Eagles Soccer Club has been actively mentoring youth and encouraging families through the common bond of soccer. Whether a new recreation level player – or an advanced, experienced premier level player – your child will have a great time being trained and mentored by a caring and experienced Charlotte Eagles camp coach.

We at CSP have had the privilege to go “behind the scenes” so to speak with the Charlotte Eagles. They are truly changing the playing field of rec soccer all over this city and plan to bridge the gap betweeen rec and competitive soccer. Over the next few months, you’ll get to learn more about their plans and their partnership and pilot programs with the Y. And trust me, you are going to be SO EXCITED! I know I am.
