Established in 1950, Charlotte Christian School is a Christ-centered, college preparatory, independent, non-denominational school serving students in grades JK-12. Our vision for students includes the integration of a Biblical worldview into a curriculum where character, values and essential life skills are emphasized and modeled by a professional and dedicated faculty. This Christian philosophy of education is at the core of all areas of study. A rigorous academic program is offered including strong co-curricular offerings with successful athletic and fine arts programs. As a Christ-centered school, students are taught how to integrate Biblical truth and learning into their daily lives to impact the culture for Christ.
For more than 60 years, Charlotte Christian has nurtured and educated the whole child — heart, mind, body and soul — and provided a balanced, yet challenging college-preparatory curriculum that includes more than 45 honors and Advanced Placement classes; 50 athletic teams; and a broad fine arts program encompassing visual, musical and theatrical skill development. The student population of more than 1,000 reflects a geographical, denominational, racial and ethnic diversity. Every student participates in local, national and/or international service projects.

Latin is a school that values teaching and celebrates learning, which is realized in 100 percent of graduates being accepted to college, including some of the nation’s most prestigious institutions of higher learning.
Students are presented with many opportunities to explore and develop their interests, including leadership development and co-curricular options and a TK–12 community service program that fosters a lifelong commitment to service through age-appropriate activities. Palisades Episcopal School (PES) is an accredited, Christ-centered independent day school serving 170 students in Junior Kindergarten – 8th grade on a 10 acre campus in Southwest Mecklenburg County. As a liberal arts, neo-classical institution, PES offers students opportunities for integrated study by seamlessly weaving together scientific, cultural, historical, and literary investigations. With mastery of skills as the goal, rather than just memorization of facts, a PES student is provided time to think, discuss, process and apply their knowledge, which in turn promotes intellectual curiosity and creates lifelong learners. Intimate class sizes, and low teacher-student ratios, allow for differentiated instruction across every grade. Service integration helps students develop citizenship skills and fosters values of integrity, courage, responsibility, compassion, and hard work. PES students graduate knowing how to connect their heads to their hearts and academically prepared for high school and beyond. All PES graduates have been accepted into their first choice high school.
Every day is an Open House at PES – tours scheduled at your convenience. Please email email@example.com or call 704.583.1825 to schedule your visit.

Trinity Episcopal School is the only K-8 independent school in Uptown Charlotte. Their passionate and innovative faculty are committed to creating scholars by redefining academic rigor using a workshop approach, inspiring a responsibility for students’ own learning, and promoting their curiosity in the classroom and the world around them. As an urban school, Trinity has the distinct advantage of an extended campus that includes Center City destinations such as ImaginOn, Discovery Place, and the Mint Museum.
The Trinity school community nurtures spirituality through the reason, acceptance, and service found within the Episcopal tradition. Trinity embraces the richness of diversity by encouraging students to be socially-conscious and civically-engaged ambassadors of grace, honor and respect in the world. They instill honor through high expectations for responsibility, respect, kindness and integrity, all found in the Trinity Honor Code.
The powerful combination of creating scholars, nurturing spirituality and embracing diversity enables us to inspire, develop and send forth the future leaders of tomorrow.
