My Gym Children’s Fitness Center of Charlotte continues to encourage families to start the new school year off right. My Gym commits to a lifestyle of health, fitness, and fun…what more could you ask for? The My Gym staff truly love all the My Gym families and being apart of your kiddos growing experience gives them a natural high. They have amazing classes for your babies and preschoolers AND they have great classes for your elementary age children too. With some classes going up to ages 8, 9, & 10.
They have convenient morning classes for your little ones. They have some awesome special classes: a new Dance Class “Mymo Moves ‘n Grooves”, Tumbling, Yoga, Karate, Fit/Art combo with Noah’s Art, plus their regular AWESOME My Gym classes. Don’t forget about My Gym’s free Practice and Play times.
You can come to these any day if you are enrolled in a class. Also, if one of your kiddos is enrolled in a class, then you can bring ALL of your children to Practice and Play (free play) times, with no extra charge.
