Smarty tip: You HAVE to pre-order these dolls now, or you may be out of luck. No snoozing at the wheel here, Smarties! You must call or go in any Toys & Co. location and place an order for either Elsa or Anna, or both. You’ll get a call when they arrive in store in early December – just in time for the holidays.
