“We live in the land of the free, because of the brave.” – Eagle Rock Camp
When our military troops serve, their families serve as well – this is Eagle Rock Camp’s guiding belief. Distance, absence and hardship challenge the dynamics of family groups in ways many of us can only imagine.
Eagle Rock Camp steps in with secluded camp retreats that are far from the distractions of daily life. Military families attend together to become stronger and more connected. As Eagle Rock says, the families “learn to have fun together, once again.”
Camps rely extensively on volunteers to help their certified campers create a meaningful experience for the families. There are many ways to get involved. Check out a few of the opportunities below, then visit SHARE Charlotte for more information.
