The competition for the 2013 Smarty Fly Dad Father’s Day Contest was fierce. The decision to pick just FIVE was really tough. Know that every Dad who was nominated is super Smarty in our book!
From today until Saturday at noon, Smarty Charlotte will vote to crown the official 2013 Smarty Fly Dad Winner. To vote, you must share this post on facebook with all of your friends and family by clicking our cute pink & green “f” at the bottom of this post.
1) For every comment that is made on THIS POST, the Smarty Fly Dad contestant will get TWO votes.
2) Like FlyWheel Charlotte’s facebook page by clicking here and leave a comment with your vote.
So spread the pink & green word! The Dad with the most votes wins. We’ll announce our winner at 4pm on Father’s Day on FlyWheel Charlotte’s facebook page.
In no particular order, we present five dads who stood out to us in one way or another. Let the facebook voting begin!
Smarty Fly Dad Contestant #5: Todd Buelow
Best. Dad. EVER. Todd Buelow
He potty trained our girls all by himself (can I quit now?) He’s coached their soccer teams for a collective 6 years (ALL PINK, ALL THE TIME). He plans business trips around swim meets, he works from home so he can be at the bus stop and hear about their days. He thumb wrestles me to put them to bed at night and ALWAYS reads an extra book. He goes early to dance recitals to save the front row seats (4 years running) and he can’t help but yell their name at a record noise level after every performance. But, most of all, he loves them. He really, really loves them, a love they will never question because he’ll never give them any reason to.
