March 22 – Lunch with the Easter Bunny at the Matthews Community Center; Ages 2 to 5; Tickets are $7 per person.
Children will eat lunch, do a fun craft activity and get their picture taken with the guest of honor.
March 23 – Easter Eggstravaganza at Stumpton Park, Matthews; Ages 12 and under; Admission is $5 per child (tickets purchased at event). Refreshments, music and the annual egg hunts! Bring your camera and have your picture taken with the guest of honor. Approximate Egg Hunt Times: Ages 3 & under — 12pm; Ages 4-6 — 12:30pm; Ages 7 & 8 — 1pm; Ages 9+ — 1:30pm
The Great Easter Egg Roll and Hop, South Park Mall: Follow Big Bunny throughout the mall to collect prizes, enjoy activities, and participate in the Great Easter Egg Roll! Begins at 10 a.m. in Fountain Court for fun with Big Bunny. From Fountain Court, hop on over to Center Court for Easter activities and crafts and finish the afternoon in Circle Court for the Great Easter Egg Roll! Kidgits members will be given a passport to collect stamps as they follow Big Bunny through the mall to win extra prizes. All ages. Free-$5. 10am-1pm.
2nd Annual Easter Celebration

Join us for our second annual Easter celebration! It’s a special morning filled with activities for your children as they honor the risen King. We will offer story time, a book reading and signing with author Dandi Mackall, and a fun craft for children. Live lambs will also be available to pet and take photos with. Afterward, check out our full lunch menu at the Graham Brothers Dairy Bar and then retrace the inspiring journey of Billy Graham’s life through our state-of-the-art exhibits.
March 28: Underwater Easter Egg Hunt @ Ray’s Splash Planet – Kids will jump in and explore the water to find as many Easter eggs as possible. Please bring a (waterproof) basket. Pictures will be available with the Easter Bunny, so remember to bring your camera. Children will be separated into different age groups. 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. Ages 0-3 5:45 – 6 p.m.; Ages 4-6 6:15 – 6:30 p.m.; Ages 7-9 6:45 – 7 p.m.; Ages 10-12 7:15 – 7:30 p.m. Fee: General Admission.
March 30: Dan Nicholas Park, Salisbury, NC; Ages 0-5 at 10:00 am. Ages 6-10 at 10:30 am. Bring your baskets for the Easter Egg Hunt and come meet the Easter bunny. Have a hoppy good time searching for over 12,000 stuffed eggs. Don t forget your cameras!
Latta Easter Egg Hunt – Kids ages 1-10 can hunt for toy and candy filled eggs across the plantation grounds! Hunt times vary according to age group. Families are welcome to make a day of it and bring a picnic while they enjoy the historic buildings, visit the farm animals, listen to live children’s music, make kid crafts, take a pony ride, and more. Pre-registration is required.
Rural Hill, Huntersville, NC – 10 am-2pm. Fourth annual Easter Egg Hunt. Explore Rural Hill’s beautiful 250 year old property, gardens, and farmland as you hunt for prize eggs and compete in spoon races, balloon tosses, and more.
