Happy Saturday Smarties! I am happy to introduce you to Lindsey Justice, Regional Manager and instructor for Flywheel . Lindsey received her Master’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009, and started a personal training business in Indianapolis after marrying her husband, Steve. The two continued the business in Charlotte after Steve’s retirement from the NFL. After 3 years of helping people change their lives, Flywheel came knocking on the Justices door. Lindsey hasn’t looked back since and spends her days managing and instructing. Flywheel has established its Charlotte presence in the Cotswold ‘hood with signature indoor cycling rides, as well as body sculpting FlyBarre classes. Typical day:
Quiet time in the morning, train clients, instruct classes, train myself, manage the studios, cook dinner…all while swapping off childcare with my husband.
Funniest things that your kids have ever said?
Lately, everyone is “running”. Hannah is surrounded by all types of exercise!
Favorite activity to do with your family/kids?
Go on a walk or a late Sunday afternoon drive.
Something most people don’t know about you?
I have Celiac Disease and severe lactose intolerance.

Biggest challenge you face being a working mom and how do you overcome?
Having enough energy for the most important things like spending quality time with Steve and educating Hannah. I must constantly tell myself to “slow down” and “keep first things first”.
