The party goers
Last weekend my daughter attended a 5th birthday party at Jami Masters School of Dance (JMSD).
This is her 3rd year dancing there and she absolutely hearts her some JMSD. Being the ding-a-ling mother that I can be, I had no idea they offered up the studio for dance themed birthday parties.
The Birthday Girl
The birthday party was on a Saturday from 3:00-4:30 P.M. JMSD provided oodles of recital-quality dance dresses to choose from. I’ve never seen so many dress-up choices of this quality!
A JMSD dance instructor taught a 1 hour class complete with princess music. And let me tell you…these girls got a real treat. This particular birthday party was run by the dance legend herself, Jami Masters! Did y’all know she’s been running JMSD (her namesake) for the past 21 years?
My daughter has already declared that her 6th birthday party will be at JMSD next summer. Done-zo.
JMSD is currently fully booked with birthday parties through January 1, 2012 so for you Smarties with February and beyond birthday princesses, get on it! Here is the 411 on this fab party venue and legendary Queen City establishment.
Overview:
You bring the refreshments, cake, plates/cups/utensils and decorations (if you desire; they are not needed). JMSD does the rest! For $150, you get an awesome venue for your gal’s party plus:
- Trunks and trunks of dance costumes and princess getup
- 90 minutes of total party time
- 60 minute dance class with a JMSD dance instructor
- Table for cake/refreshments
- Cleanup

We did this party last year and I agree it is awesome! All of the little girls had a blast and it was great to basically just show up.
