Our dear friend Marilyn Lisman (Jen B’s mom) would like to invite all Smarties to participate in this annual fundraiser to benefit the Assistance League of Charlotte. It’s only once a year and it’s their most popular event. Mark your calendars now for this one day sale of jewelry and handbags that also features an appraisal event hosted by Perry’s of SouthPark. Please consider helping us with a much-needed donation of your gently used better handbags, jewelry and accessories.
When: October 15th , 9AM to 3 PM
One verbal appraisal of your jewelry provided by Perry’s at South Park 9-12
Where: Assistance League Center, 3600 South Tryon Street (just south of Clanton)
What: An event featuring donated gently used or new handbags, jewelry, shoes and accessories
Why: This event is held to raise funds to support our philanthropic programs. These programs benefit children at risk in our community by feeding, educating, mentoring and clothing those in need in our community. You can learn more about our programs by going to our web site listed below.
How you can help: Drop off your donations of gently used items listed above at our Center or call the number below to find a drop spot near you. With your help, we provide a young student with a new school uniform, a nutritious snack at school,a college scholarship or guidance to set them on the right path. Together we can make a difference in the life of a child.
