Since we had such an interest and we received a few current tips from several Smarty readers, I decided to check out shipment #2 (or possibly #3) at Costco on Tyvola Road. As of 5pm on Sunday (yesterday), there was a new mother load of Lilly dresses in all different patterns from size 2T and up. And I will admit, the pink pattern available right now at the Tyvola store is cuter than the one pictured here. It has a seahorse on it – I’m all about sea creatures big and small, thus my love of Lilly:-) Based on the discussions from our post on 3/30 (below), we can safely assume that this shipment arrived at the Matthews location as well. I also did a little Smarty investigating and found the same Costco Lilly dresses on eBay across the country in Tennessee, Texas, South Carolina and Florida. So I’m pretty sure these were sent to Costcos everywhere. So, if you missed the first batch, head on over to your closest Costco – I bet you’ll find a good deal for the bargain price of $23.99.

I get super excited about Smarty Scoop like this! Costco gets a shipment of Lilly Pulitzer dresses once a year for the spring/summer line and they have arrived – woohoo! See attached photos of three different styles that are available at Costco on Tyvola Road right now. They are only $23.99 and they retail for $68 in stores. Remember my ebay tip – if you time it right, you can get at least $35 for these dresses, used on eBay. So stock up ladies! I went at 10am this morning right when Costco opened and I saw another Smarty mom who heard about the Lilly deal. There were still many sizes and styles available from 3T all the way to girls size 8. If you think you MIGHT be interested, I would recommend you go right now because these dresses fly out of Costco. Also, I noticed that there are sometimes boxes underneath the table so make sure you check there too.

Update as of 5:00pm Sunday – they are out of 2T & 3T. This brings up a great point. We’d love for you to post updates in the comments section so we minimize wasted trips due to unavailable sizes. Remember, these sell out in just a few days! Jen P.

Tyvola has NO 2T or 3T just for a heads up
perhaps next time let folks know in advance of the launch or sale so they can get ahead of it and take advantage of the savings. Thanks
you never know about the sale until you just go one day and the dresses are there! It’s just luck that you arrive and people get the word out. I have asked numerous times and Costco doesn’t advertise!
What about all the other locations? Anyone seen them there?
Just went to Tyvola. They only had larger sizes- 6 & 6X. There was one style I didn’t look at since I didn’t care for the print- blue and white- real pale. That might be in smaller sizes.
I was just at the Matthews Costco and they had plenty of sizes in each style. There were quite a few people going through them, so i don’t know how long they will last.
The person who wrote the article knew in advance because they said they heard about it and got there right at 10 am.
Hi, Jen P. here and author of the post. I think it is worth looking into having a conversation with Costco management about getting a heads up on things like this. However, they are a warehouse club and they don’t typically advertise sales because they just don’t know what they are getting in advance. I heard about the Lilly dresses on Sat afternoon and did not want to publish it until I had gone myself. If there were only 5 dresses left, then I would have left it alone. However, when I went, there were at least 30 dresses left. And I was really excited to read that someone checked the Matthews Costco and it sounds like they still have a good inventory. It’s all about word-of-mouth with mom’s in Charlotte. That’s the beauty of CSP – we all work together to make our lives more enriched and fun. As of 7 p.m. last night at the Matthews store, there were a few 2t and 3t of the dress in the right hand picture. The pink butterfly dress had most sizes available, and the one on the little girl in the left hand picture had limited sizes available. There were lots of 4, 5, and 6t and 6x in all styles.
I was at the Matthews Costco this morning (about 11) and they still had a couple of dresses in each size. Looked like there were quite a few 6’s and then a few more in each size/syle. The man at the checkout said he couldn’t believe how popular the dresses were (obviously, he doesn’t know Lilly!). But if you are looking to go this afternoon, you should still be able to grab some. Matthews Costco still has them left – Tuesday 2:30. Most of the pink & green ones are gone, there is plenty of the blue & yellow shoulder tie, the other 2 styles are limited sizes.
I got one today at Matthews Costco, size 7. They had about 30 or so dresses left, various sizes.This was at 11:30 am.
Was at Matthews today at 4, had a number of 4Ts and 6Xs still in a few styles.
I was just at the Tyvola location and they had a ton of dresses mostly 2T and larger.
I just left Tyvolo Costco and there a ton on ALL sizes. And sooo cute!Natalie

I just got my Lily dress! Matthews still had a few 2T as of today but they were going quickly.
While they may be Lily dresses, they are not the same as the retail price Lily dresses. The ones at Costco don’t have the white trim around the edges. I bought 2 anyways!
