After being cooped up all winter, there’s nothing better than getting together with friends to enjoy the onset of spring! Our neighborhood has started a tradition every year where one of the neighbors hosts an Easter Egg Hunt in their back yard. It’s so easy and not only fun for the kids, but also a great social occasion for the parents as well. We use e-vite to send out an invitation. Then everyone signs up to bring something … donut holes, fruit, biscuits, cookies, coffee, orange juice, and of course some champagne for mimosas! Finally, each family drops off some pre-filled eggs the day before with anything from candy, bouncy balls, little toys or even Cheerios for the little ones. It’s a recipe for loads of fun for the whole family and a tradition we all look forward to!
