Mind Body Baby was founded in 2018 by four perinatal practitioners who’ve served families experiencing perinatal mood disorders, traumatic births, and the other common but “not talked about” struggles of bringing a human into the world. Their desire to support this community was inspired each by their own perinatal struggles and the knowing that they were far from the only ones. So, in an effort to build what they see and know is lacking in community support, Mind Body baby was born.
Since then, we have grown around the needs expressed by the families we serve intending always to be a safe space to struggle, find help and gain perspective in a way that only a true village can.
