Camp Thunderbird would be a great opportunity for my 10-year-old daughter to explore what she can do without mom around! She is shy and sometimes hesitant to try new things, so a camp close to home would offer time to make new friends and push herself to try something challenging and different. A trusted camp that is steeped in tradition as Camp Thunderbird is makes me feel like she would be in good hands.
