We all know you Smarty Moms were SUPER busy during the holidays – making sure the stockings were stuffed, treats baked, and presents wrapped. You probably didn’t even think about yourself, much less your health. Well Smarties, we have a New Year’s Resolution for you! Do your monthly self-breast exams, get your mammogram every year and have an annual check-up with your physician. Take care of yourself AND remind a girlfriend to do the same.
