So excited to deliver this fun news! blynk organic is now open in SouthPark Mall. Click here to read our full review of the Uptown blynk. Yippee, no more Chick-fil-A for this mama, with the exception of my large unsweet tea, extra lemon!
Think blynk for breakfast, lunch or anything in between. All sandwiches, crysps, soups, salads, and juices are made fresh everyday. blynk even has a groovy bar to kick back and relax during your shopping retail therapy. blynk organic is such a much-needed addition to SouthPark dining, particularly lunch. SouthPark lunch options tend to be either sit-down business-friendly locations or fast foods, not much for sandwiches and throw in organic and it’s game over.
Smarties, let’s welcome blynk organic to SouthPark and make sure you tell them CSP sent ya!

I have been patiently, or impatiently awaiting this day! This place rocks and it is so good for you!! Listen to Jen, you must check it out.
So excited!!! I read the original post and i commented that I was voting for a SP location!! so happy they are here and will finally try this place out. there is such a need for a place with clean organic food and I think the restauranteurs are catching wind of this – finally – better menu options, and new breed of restaurants opening up in Charlotte.
I am so excited about this too and hope that people patronize them! So much better for you than the other food court options. The only way we can expect to have access to better quality food is to patronize places like Blynk. Send a message with your $$! Most of us choose organic, cruelty-free, antibiotic free food at the grocery store, but our options when dining out are slim. Here's a place that gives us this type of food on-the-go. Let's help them thrive (and no, I don't work for them)!!
Can I just clarify – it's inside Southpark & now open?If so, I'm thinking a shopping trip is in my weekend plans! This sounds wonderful!
Yes, ma'am, open and ready for business!
Blynk has been open since before Christmas, however, Blynk is not the only healthy option inside the mall. I eat salads at the Chick-fil-A inside the mall; they are made fresh ON SITE daily and are absolutely delicious. The added benefit is that I don't have to go somewhere else to get food for my kids, they will quite happily eat a kids meal with fruit and my 4 year old loves the balloon. I love the nice ladies who help me make it to my table with a double stroller and 3 drinks. If Blynk comes up with a kids meal I can talk my children into eating, polite dining room service and a better chicken and fruit salad, then I will gladly give them my money. Until then, I will continue to patronize the Chick-fil-A, especially since the ice dream is a perfect treat for myself, with only 170 calories and 4 grams of fat in a small cone. : )
Nice idea but that stuff looks like it sits out all day…for now I'll stick to Chick-fil-A. They are really nice and helpful and my boys love the balloons. They have healthy options.
For Mary & Julia: That's great that you love Chick-fil-a so much and I used to. However, they are pricy and almost every dipping sauce AND Salad dressing is loaded with HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP!!!!! HFCS is NOT ok in moderation!! Do your research for yourself & your family. Your options may look healthy to you, but they are far from it. Everytime I get the chicken from there, it is extremely greasy. That's not healthy for you or your kids. Everytime you visit them, they say "It's my pleasure". It should be thier pleasure to serve us antibiotic/hormone free/free range meat! At thier prices, it should be already! Remember, animal growth hormones don't go away after an animal is butchered, prepared for market, or cooked. They go right into our stmoachs and continue their work! It is estmated that 1 glass of commercial, nonorganic milk prlurchased from a grocery store may contain the residue of up to 100 antibiotics!!
