Smarty Bargain Alert – Nike Tempo Shorts for $14.99!

Nike Tempo shorts are the latest and greatest athletic wear for tween & teen girls. But they typically come with a hefty $25 price tag at your local sporting goods store. Smarties, we’re excited to share the best Smarty Steal in a long time – Nike Tempos for $14.99!

Nike shorts are super popular at uniform schools. Your little princesses start out wearing monogrammed bloomers, then get promoted to Monkeybar Buddies – but where do you go from there? Most 2nd/3rd graders feel too big girl for cutesy, so they now turn to sporty. Nike Tempos have been the shorts of choice for my girls all summer. And back-to-school was no different, they just wear them under their jumpers/skirts. As soon as the school bell rings, they rip off the skirt and voila – they are ready-to-go in play clothes. Nike’s are also the shorts of choice on the soccer field. They come in a million different bright patterns, so they’ll match any jersey you get.

I’ve limited our Nike purchases because I personally think $25 is highway robbery for any kids’ shorts. But I was super excited to stumble into the Dillard’s kids department and found their normal full price of Nike Tempos for $16.99 for girls and $14.99 for sizes 4-6x. If you’re feeling really Smarty, you should pop in every so often to check the sale racks. As with any form of fashion, these patterns have a shelf life and they eventually mark them down to make room for new patterns. I bought my last two shorts for $8.99. Now that’s a SMARTY STEAL in my book.
