Cute store, but I sure hope the have addressed the nightmarish customer service issues where people were getting their furniture MONTHS and MONTHS after it was supposed to arrive. Truly awful!

Although the store opened in March 2007, we took over sole ownership just 6 months later in September.The anonymous 5/10 post is true- when we took over the store 9 months ago, we faced serious customer service issues regarding furniture delivery. We immediately set out to resolve those issues and tried very hard to “make it right” for each of the customers who had experienced delays.Over the past 9 months, we have assembled a new team headed by Suzi Kucia that serves our clients with renewed vigor, expertise and care. In fact, we are quite proud to say that Suzi’s and our staff’s great work resulted in Charlotte Magazine naming us the best baby and children’s boutique in Charlotte!We truly welcome all feedback and hope that our clients have a wonderful experience with Nesting.
Nesting is a wonderful place not only for baby and child bedding but also for cute and unique gifts and room decor. I have started buying all of my baby gifts there and have been thrilled with the amazing customer service and attention to detail ie (the complimentary gift wrapping is fabulous). With all of the baby boutique shops in Charlotte we have many choices but this is my favorite by far!- A big thumbs up.
