If you’re like me, Smarties, you’ve had a hard time finding good consignment options during COVID-19, and we are smack dab in the midst of a time when we need them the most! It’s Christmas card season, the holidays are coming, and we also need snow boots and warm jackets we can get without breaking the bank because clearly you’ve GOT to have them if it snows, but we know they’re not going to get much wear in the CLT! I’ve got great news about a Smarty friend with a fantastic boutique and consignment shop called The Argyle Alligator.
Casie, the owner, is a mom of two little ones as well as a teacher at my twin sons’ preschool (a.k.a. Superwoman!) Her vision with The Argyle Alligator was to create a hip, trendy, and clutter-free shopping experience, offering upscale clothing, gifts, and accessories at unbeatable prices. Her business started online, and for a time opened a storefront on East 
Boulevard, but these days she is selling primarily on Instagram and at Pop-Up events.
Good news! The next Argyle Fall Pop-up is coming this Saturday, Nov. 6 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at 936 Sedgefield Road in Charlotte! Shopping is outdoors and COVID-friendly. The sale will feature fall favorites by brands we all love with everything you need for Christmas Card photo shoots! It will include clothing, shoes and accessories, with sizes ranging from newborn up to size 6/8 big kid.
