I’d like to find recipes to make some of our favorites from scratch instead of purchasing more processed versions.
Excited to cut out processed foods to try & figure out some possible allergies.
I’m cutting the crap this year for myself and to be an example to my sugar processed carb snack loving kids.
To kick start the year by cutting back on sugar and take out. Though I justify that I’m helping the restaurants 🤪
Sugar and processed food. I have gut issues and need to get them under control and resolved! Healthy eating and a healthy gut go hand and hand!!
Like others, we need to reduce the sugar and carbs and up the fresh veggies.
Our goal is to cut out sugars and add more plant points!!
Need to cut the sugar and increase the veggies!
Less carbs, more fruit and veggie options as well as incorporating fish
Cutting? Well, I would say the overly processed snacks (things in wrappers). I’d also like to “add” in more locally-sourced produce, meat, poultry, and seafood. Good question!
